El Relanzamiento de Microsoft

Como reinventaron su empresa Bill Gates y Steve Ballmer

Una vez realizada la lectura se puede decir que el foco principal es el problema que tuvo Microsoft por la demanda que presentó por el Departamento de Justicia de EEUU sobre abuso de posición dominante por parte de Microsoft (demandas antimonopolio) y como este en todo ese tiempo, tuvo que cambiar la empresa para adecuarse primeramente en la forma donde Microsoft como empresa estaba llevando sus estrategias, además de como Bill Gates tuvo que asumir otros roles y funciones a favor de la empresa y finalmente como todo Steve Ballmer tuvo que realizar cambios para que la percepción de Microsoft vaya cambiando a los ojos del mundo. Existen diversos temas de interés sobre hechos que hizo Microsoft que la desde el punto de vista general muchos no conocemos, como también es muy interesante el planteamiento que hicieron ellos para conducir la empresa a otro nivel y bueno hoy en día, saber como esta Microsoft posicionado en el mundo del Software.

After the reading we can say that the main focus is the problem that Microsoft had filed the lawsuit that the U.S. Justice Department on abuse of dominant position by Microsoft (antitrust claims) and like this the whole time , Had to change to suit the company primarily in the form where Microsoft as a company was taking its strategies, as well as Bill Gates had to take on other roles and functions for the company and finally as all Steve Ballmer had to make changes to the perception of Microsoft is going to change in the eyes of the world. There are many issues relevant facts that Microsoft did from the general perspective many do not know, as well as the approach is very interesting what they did to drive the company to another level and well today, Microsoft positioned to know how this in the software world.
